Short answer
Your feelings are real and God cares about you deeply. The Bible teaches He made us male and female, and He walks with you through the confusion.
If you feel uncomfortable in your body, or unsure whether you are a boy or a girl, you are not a freak and not alone. God sees that distress, and Jesus never pushed away people who were struggling.
Historic Christian teaching is that God created human beings in His image, male and female, and that our bodies are a good gift. Christians hold that with care: people asking these questions deserve kindness, not mockery.
Please don't work this out alone online. Talk to a parent or another trusted adult, and to a doctor. If you are being bullied, or you feel you can't go on, talk to someone today.
Whatever you feel, your worth doesn't change. You belong to God, and He is patient with you.
