Short answer
Please tell someone you trust today. You're not crazy and you're not beyond help. You deserve care, not more pain.
If you are hurt right now, or think you might go further, call an emergency or crisis number straight away. The numbers are on this page.
Self-harm often happens when inner pain feels too big to hold, and hurting your body brings a moment of relief or control. That makes sense. But it isn't safe, and it doesn't heal what's underneath. You deserve real help.
Tell one safe person: a parent, school counsellor, doctor or youth leader. You don't have to explain everything. You can just say: I've been hurting myself and I need help.
God is not angry with you. He sees your pain and He is close. Jesus came to bind up the brokenhearted. Your body is precious to Him, and you are worth protecting.
My verses
The LORD is near to the brokenhearted; He saves the contrite in spirit.
The Spirit of the Lord GOD is on Me, because the LORD has anointed Me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent Me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and freedom to the prisoners.
For You formed my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous are Your works, and I know this very well.
Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.
