Short answer
You can get free. Bring it into the light, cut off access, deal with what drives it, and get a real person on your side.
If this is your struggle, you are not alone, and God is not disgusted with you. He wants you free. Porn hurts you and the people in it, and trains your mind to see people as objects. Jesus calls lust adultery of the heart.
Feeling attraction or being tempted is not the sin. Choosing to feed it is. This battle can be won.
Install filters and accountability software, and let someone else hold the password. Keep your phone out of the bedroom at night. Notice your triggers: boredom, stress, loneliness. Above all, tell one trusted Christian of the same sex, a parent, youth leader or pastor. If you're under 18, choose a parent or a youth leader your church has approved; no adult should ask you to keep secrets.
When you fall, don't hide for a week. Confess, get up and go again the same day. If an adult has ever shown you porn or pressured you sexually, that is abuse and not your fault. Tell a trusted adult right away.
My verses
You have heard that it was said, ‘Do not commit adultery.’ But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
I have made a covenant with my eyes. How then could I gaze with desire at a virgin?
How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to Your word. With all my heart I have sought You; do not let me stray from Your commandments. I have hidden Your word in my heart that I might not sin against You.
Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man has great power to prevail.
No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide an escape, so that you can stand up under it.
